RETURN POLICY

All sales are subject to the terms below. By placing an order with Maple Sheds Ltd., the customer agrees to this Return Policy.

    • Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in original packaging.

    • Returned items must be in new, resalable condition with all original parts, manuals, packaging, and accessories included.

    • Products that have been assembled, installed, modified, damaged after delivery, exposed to weather, or used in any way are not eligible for return.

  • The following are non-refundable:

    • Delivery and shipping fees

    • Special handling charges

    • Deposits placed to reserve inventory or delivery dates

    • Custom orders or special-order items

    • Opened, assembled, or partially assembled products

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping, transportation, and handling costs unless the incorrect item was delivered.

    • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

    • Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

    • Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery or pickup.

    • Any visible damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and proof of purchase.

    • Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

    • Select products sold by Maple Sheds Ltd. include a limited 10-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

    • Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, neglect, accidents, improper anchoring, extreme weather, overloading, modifications, commercial use, or normal wear and tear.

    • Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and photos of the reported issue.

    • Maple Sheds Ltd. may provide one-time complimentary replacement parts for verified damaged or defective components at our discretion.

    • Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and transportation costs associated with replacement parts.

    • Cosmetic imperfections, minor scratches, color variations, or damages resulting from improper assembly or handling are not considered manufacturing defects.

    • Maple Sheds Ltd. does not currently provide assembly or installation services.

    • Customers are solely responsible for assembly, anchoring, site preparation, permits, and ensuring the installation surface is level and suitable.

    • Improper assembly or installation may void warranty coverage.

    • Outdoor storage sheds are exposed to varying environmental and weather conditions.

    • Customers are responsible for proper anchoring, routine maintenance, snow removal, and safe product use appropriate for local conditions.

    • Maple Sheds Ltd. is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather, improper maintenance, ground movement, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

    • Approved refunds will be processed after returned products have been received and inspected.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

    • Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

  • Maple Sheds Ltd. reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranty claims that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
